We’ve recently launched a new, upgraded membership platform to provide a more streamlined and user-friendly experience! Thank you for your patience as we make this transition. Here’s what you need to know to get started.

First-Time Login Instructions: If this is your first time accessing the new Member Portal, you will need to reset your password.
1) Click “Forgot Password” on the login page.
2) Enter your email address in the username field.
3) Click “Submit” and follow the instructions to create your new password.
4) Log in and explore your new member dashboard!

What’s New?

Individual Members: Review and update your profile, manage your membership, and access trainings, certifications, and member resources.

Organizational Administrators: Detailed instructions will be provided to help you manage staff, access organization-wide training, and navigate additional features.

Important: Update Your Bookmarks
Previously saved links to NADD’s former membership and training platforms will no longer work. Please update your bookmarks to reflect the new Member Portal.
